Purpose of the service

StitchConverter is an online service that converts embroidery files between the PES, DST, JEF, EXP and VP3 formats.

Free tier

The service is free to use up to 2 conversions every 24 hours, with no sign-up. The limit is enforced per IP address.

Premium plan

The Premium plan lifts the conversion limit. It is offered as a 24-hour pass (€1) or a monthly subscription (€5).

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy makes the sale, collects the payment, and applies its own billing and refund policy, available at checkout.

Use of the service

You agree to convert only files you have the rights to, and not to use the service for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend access in case of abuse (including circumventing the quota).

Availability and results

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Conversion is performed on a best-effort basis: please check the converted file before using it on your machine. If a result is unsatisfactory, contact us: stitchconverter.thickness053@simplelogin.com.

Liability

StitchConverter shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service or of converted files.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be brought before the competent French courts.

Should the English translation diverge from the French version, the French version shall prevail.
