Data we process

Files you upload are used exclusively to perform the requested conversion. They are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with third parties. Retention period: none. They are processed temporarily while the conversion runs, then deleted immediately; they are never stored after the converted file is sent back.

Email address: collected only if you purchase the Premium plan (account creation and access, subscription management, support). Legal basis: contract performance.

IP address: used to enforce the 2 free conversions per 24 h limit and to secure the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Session token (JWT): stored in your browser's local storage to identify you; required for the account to work and never used for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, merchant of record. We never see your full card details. Lemon Squeezy processes payment data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and trackers

The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Only the local storage of the session token is required for the account to work.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to stitchconverter.thickness053@simplelogin.com.
