Uploaded embroidery files are converted on a dedicated server leased from Hetzner Online GmbH, Hanauer Landstraße 291, 60314 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (https://www.hetzner.com), located in an EU data center. Files are processed for the duration of the conversion, then deleted immediately: details are in the privacy policy.

Payments

Payments related to the Premium plan are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy provides its own terms of sale and privacy policy, available at checkout.

Intellectual property

The entire site (code, texts, graphic elements) is protected by copyright. The file format names (PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3) and the brands mentioned belong to their respective owners; they are referenced for descriptive purposes only.
